FundView Website and Demo Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026

This policy covers the FundView public websites and demo environment: fundviewk12.com, demo.fundviewk12.com, and public pages districts publish through FundView. It does not cover a district's subscription deployment; how Willow Run Group handles a subscribing district's data is set out in that district's signed agreement and its FundView Data Handling Exhibit.

What we collect

Very little, and we say exactly what:

• Demo session. When you sign into the demo with a demonstration password, we set a session cookie so the demo remembers you are signed in. It identifies your session, not your identity.
• Google sign-in. District FundView deployments use Sign in with Google. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with FundView. We use your email to check whether your district has granted you access and with which role, and to show who is signed in. We never see or store your Google password. What happens to a district's data inside its deployment is governed by that district's signed agreement; this section describes only what the sign-in itself shares.
• Demo AI assistant input. The demo includes an AI assistant and AI-generated narratives. Text you type into the assistant, and demo content processed by the AI features, is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the response. Anthropic may retain those inputs and outputs under its published policies, up to 30 days in the ordinary course and longer where its published exceptions apply (for example trust-and-safety holds).
• Basic server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. We use them to keep the sites working and to investigate abuse, nothing else.
• Email you send us. If you contact us, we keep your email and our reply so we can respond and follow up.

We do not run advertising, ad trackers, or analytics that profile you across other sites. We do not ask for or collect payment card information on these sites.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information. To anyone, for anything.
• We do not use anything you type into the demo to train AI models, and under Anthropic's commercial terms Anthropic does not train its models on it either.
• We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it, and you can stop it any time.

Who helps us run the sites

The sites run on hosting, email, and AI providers: application hosting, database hosting, transactional email, and Anthropic for the demo's AI features. They process the data described above on our behalf to deliver the sites, and for no other purpose. Data is stored and processed in the United States.

Public pages published by districts

Board and referendum story pages are published by school districts for their communities. Those pages display district financial information, not personal information about visitors, and this policy's collection practices (session and server logs) apply to visits to them.

Children

These sites are for school administrators, district staff, and community members, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Indiana

Willow Run Group, LLC is an Indiana company serving Indiana school districts. This policy is written with Indiana law in mind.
