FundView Website and Demo Terms of Use

These terms cover the FundView public websites and demo environment: fundviewk12.com, demo.fundviewk12.com, and the public board and referendum story pages that districts publish through FundView. By using any of these, you agree to these terms. They do not apply to a district's subscription to FundView; that is governed by the district's signed FundView Master Subscription Agreement.

1. The demo is fictional

Everything in the demo environment (demo.fundviewk12.com) is fictional. The districts, financial figures, documents, and scenarios shown there are invented for demonstration. Nothing in the demo describes a real district, and nothing on these sites is financial, legal, or accounting advice. Do not rely on demo content for any decision.

2. Demo access

Demo access is provided at Willow Run Group's discretion, including access granted with a shared demonstration password or as a short-term guest. Willow Run Group may change, limit, or end demo access at any time without notice.

3. Public board and referendum story pages

Some pages served through FundView are published by school districts for their communities, such as board financial views and referendum information pages. The district that publishes a page is responsible for its content. Those pages are provided for public information; verify official figures against the district's official filings and board records.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) probe, scan, or test the security of these sites or the demo; (b) attempt to access data or systems you were not given access to; (c) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content by automated means; (d) misrepresent demo content as real district data; or (e) use these sites unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

The FundView platform, the FundView sites' own content, and their design and software belong to Willow Run Group, LLC or its licensors. Content a school district publishes through FundView, including the financial information on its board and referendum story pages and the district's name and logo, remains that district's content. You may view and share links to public pages; you get no other rights in the platform or in a district's published content.

6. No warranty; limitation

These sites and the demo are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable or changed at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Run Group's total liability arising from your use of these sites and the demo is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

7. Changes and contact

Willow Run Group may update these terms by posting the new version with a new date. Questions: support@fundviewk12.com. These terms are governed by Indiana law.
